Lee is a Director and a Managing Partner of GreyRigge Associates. Lee founded GRA in 2010 after holding senior roles including, CEO and VP level positions. Lee has worked both in small biotech startups and multinational corporations in the USA, UK and Singapore, working for companies such as GSK, Emergent BioSolutions & SingVax.
Skills include:
- Product Development: Has worked in senior roles on a variety modalities & indications, including infectious disease, cell & gene therapy (CGT), oncology and cardiovascular disease. Lee has worked on over 20 developmental vaccines. Lee has worked within a wide network of international CDMOs and CROs.
- Technical Expertise: A ‘hands-on’ individual with experience in biopharmaceutical sector including R&D, product development & characterisation, manufacturing & clinical development on both early and late-stage products.
- Compliance: Experience of working in GxP, HACCP and ISO environments for both development and manufacturing to European, American and ASEAN standards.
- Regulatory: Familiarity with FDA, EMA & MHRA regulations for medicines including dossier submissions, BLAs and regulatory interactions including scientific advice.
- Training: Lee continues to perform training globally on CMC related activities including process, formulation, analytical development and QbD.
- Corporate & Financial: Responsibility for budgeting, P&L & balance sheet as well as managing board meetings.
- Business Strategy: Review of revenue generation strategies to improving both the top and bottom lines through business development and operational adjustments as well as in-licencing activities and supporting patent filings.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and programs to ensure forward momentum and value addition. Lee has managed collaborations and relationships with industry, academia, regulatory bodies and NGOs
- Lee holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Bath, United Kingdom.
