GreyRigge Associates welcome senior biopharmaceutical industry leader Dr. Derek Ellison into GreyRigge Associates as Principal Commercial Consultant. Following a long and successful career in biopharmaceutical development, manufacturing and commercial leadership, Derek brings his deep domain expertise and extensive CMC know-how to GreyRigge and our clients.

Derek's background is baked in the establishing and leading successful commercial CDMO businesses. His experience spans asset transition, CDMO optimisation, contract manufacturing and commercial leadership, making him an ideal partner for our clients. For us, Derek’s role will spread across three areas:

  • Delivering CMC/manufacturing strategy and commercialisation, helping clients optimise development and manufacturing strategies and progress assets towards commercialisation.
  • Board Advisor to assist GreyRigge with its growth and decisions on strategy, investment and the continuing development of our consultancy services.
  • Developing strategic client relationships and identifying opportunities where GreyRigge can add value.
